Petrina Eger has over 10 years of experience in training and facilitation and has reached over 5,000 people with her programs. As a lecturer and the Mindfulness Program Specialist at Taylor's University, she taught emotional intelligence modules to over 1,500 students. She combines her enthusiasm, expertise and experiential approach to create lasting change.
Petrina holds a BSc in Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, USA. She's also a certified Mindfulness Teacher with UK Breathworks Mindfulness and is certified to teach by the UK Mindfulness in Schools Program. She's a certified Embodiment Coach, a Brainspotting Therapy Practitioner and has a Diploma in Hypnotherapy.
Previously, she worked as an engineer with Lockheed Martin in the US and conducted research projects with several universities and the US National Science Foundation.
