Hi, I'm Petrina
I'm a Holistic Coach for people with chronic pain and anxiety who want to live with more joy and vitality.
I help people identify emotional and mental patterns that keep them stuck in cycles of pain and anxiety and find a way forward.

From my experiences of curing my own chronic pain, learning to work with my anxiety, and becoming friends with my overactive nervous system, I have developed techniques, tools and resources that help others achieve results as well. I utilize pain reprocessing therapy principles, mindfulness practices, emobodiment coaching, and brainspotting therapy to help you achieve your wellness goals.
