Hi, I'm Petrina

I’m a mindfulness coach who works with people navigating stress, overthinking, and anxiety - offering tools that actually fit into real life.

Together, we build practical skills for nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and mindful awareness - so you can feel more calm, confident and in control.

​

I’m certified in Mindfulness Training, Embodiment Coaching, and Brainspotting Therapy. ​​I currently practice at The Mind Clinic at Gleneagles Kuala Lumpur and online, offering UK-accredited mindfulness courses, corporate trainings, and individual sessions.

 

Previously, I was the Mindfulness Specialist at Taylor’s University, where I taught mindfulness and emotional intelligence to both students and staff.

I've empowered over 5000 people with skills to calm anxiety, reduce overthinking and reconnect to happiness. â€‹
